When I plunge the ball, the ball keeps on circling on the Spinout object.

After very long time the ball finally drops.

Trying to play it with 9.9.3

Any ideas? Lowering the release speed of the plunger doesn't help.

I play it with 9.93 and it seems normal. It is supposed to spin for a while. What's a " really long time"? If I remember correctly, it spins for me for like five seconds or less

It's spinning that long that the machine is looking multiple times for the ball.
I think it's spinning like 60 seconds or more.
With an older version of VP (9.1.6 rev. 628) this issue isn't there.

That's really strange. Certainly not normal. I have no clue what could cause that! Deleting nvram seems to fix a lot of issues. Can't hurt to try that

Deleted the nvrams l3 and l4 but still the same.

When I try this table: Taxi_VP912_v2.1.2FS there are no issues.
