Still in progress:

Painted inside white and outside black. (nice on the inside with white, and the vinyl art will stick better on paint, besides it's better looking untill i get the vinyl)

Looks good! That's what I'm doing next - sanding today, and hopefully paint.

I think you have to be really detail oriented to enjoy doing neat wiring - otherwise it's just a chore. It's hard work to do nicely either way, but if you're of the right type of mindset, you can enjoy it - just not everyone is of that type of mind *grin*.

Sigh, wasted about 2 hours trying to find why my left speaker did not work, resoldered all the wires, checked and rechecked, untill i found the problem:
The F***ING miniphono plug had popped out and was not pushed all the way in.
That's it, im going to sleep!

Found my oldest girl (2½ years) playing in my gameroom.
She was "drawing" on my dmd screen that i left on the table.
Instead of using a pen, she was using my phillips screwdriver!!!

Guess it's my own fault, but thank god the dmd speaker grill covers that part!

(The playfield and backbox tv is now on a shelf 1.5 meters above the floor)

Thank goodness it was only the DMD and the speaker grills can cover it up and it wasn't the playfield!!!!!!!

Haha. I had the same thing happen - I had the displays, uncased, sitting on the floor, all hooked up to my cabinet PC in my home office for weeks. Not a lot got done in the evenings - I was too busy sitting on the floor, playing Attack From Mars, High Speed II, and Star Trek: The Next Generation. Awesome tables!

Been playing for a week good.gif ,my LedWiz came today (Got "caught" in customs, had to pay 35% extra plus a fee to the postal office *hate*).
So now i took it all apart again to do some more wiring to the lights and start figuring out the LedWiz "coding", it looks simple enough smile.gif

Got some temporary wiring for the power just to try things out =)

I'm BACK! =)

Been alot of work selling our old, and moving to our new house, and new houses often bring trouble, so did this one =).
But im kinda done with the worst parts of the house, so now i can focus on my long lost project!!! =))))

Did some cpr on that old thing (been in boxes for like 6 months!), and.... IT'S ALIIIIIVE!!

I really, really missed my project and the community that comes with it... now i have alot of catching up to do!

ok, so now i need help! wink.gif
I did finish the four cree's on top of the cabby, and when i play AFM it stutters like crazy having those RGB cree's flashing, anything i missed? do i lack cpu power or what? =)

Anywho, any responce is gratefully recieved! ooh, and i did purchase some upgrades like a better PSU and a new gfx for the dmd and backglass =)

Happy to be back! =)
