I would expect the real "test play" to begin when this thing is released into the wild. smile.gif

I'll be happy to test on my mediocre system. SPECS LINK
So far I am able to run every table smoothly with max settings after some tweaking except Monopoly.
If my system can run it, everybody's system should.

I don't think your system is mediocre actually! My specs are pretty similar, just a bit better, but I have 2 monitors connected to my graphic card (both in 1920 X 1080):

Here are my specs:
Win XP sp3
You have a E6600 2.4ghz, I have a Q6600 2.4ghz --> OC at 3.2ghz (but the quad is useless with VP)
You have a GTS450, I have a GTX 460
You have 2GB DDR2 800 and I have 4 GB DDR2 800 (but XP 32bit can handle only 3.25 GB)

I think the table will play smooth on your CAB wink.gif

Very good news !!! smile.gif

by the way... there are tutorials for enabling all the 4 gb for windows xp 32 bit.

just google for it. i myself will give it a shot if i find the time.

and isnt there a patch for every existing .exe file that allows to acess all 4 cores?
have read about something like this 2 months ago...

I will check this, thanks!

Btw, there is a patch to allow .exe files to use more RAM with 64bit systems (or something like that), but it creates bugs with my table and is completely useless with it.
This patch was used initially with the Requlem's version of the T2, if I remember.

Hi Tipoto, I'm really impresed with this table, is the best table I ever seen in VP is better than real machine!!! Awesome work!! If you need to make another HD video I can do it! My cab is 46" Playfield + 30" Backglass + 15,6" DMD (2 Graphics Card GTX480+GTX260) and USB-VGA for DMD. i5 Overlocked 4.00Ghz 4GB Ram + Win XP +Ledwiz with toys activated + I can test the table with all activated if you want, and make a test with all activated, I will try to make with a friend a B2S HD Backglass with 1920x1080 resolution for add at this table!

Thanks Ext2k for the proposal and the kind words!

Actually I don't really need a new video at this point because the table is close to be done, I finished the graphics 2 days ago and I am now working on the sound effects, then I will work with the testers to adjust the gameplay and fix the possible bugs. So I will maybe upload 1 or 2 pictures to show the new graphics tonight and I guess the next update should be the release. smile.gif

About a B2S version, I had planned to take a look at it and maybe do it by myself, that way I can take advantage to learn how the B2S works... I will wait until I'm sure the table works fine on all the computers before starting this project. smile.gif

Thank you very much for this care. otvclap.gif
I īve owned a low end laptop & I can tell itīs really frustrating when there is a table you like & are not able to run it, even with all the possible tweaks.

I do not have this problem anymore, but I guess a lot of members had no oportunity to upgrade their hardware yet

Update!

This is the last update before the release.

The list of what I did:
- Last flasher
- 2 Last bumpers
- 2 Last triggers
- 3 Last targets in the center
- Some cut outs added
- Some cleaning
- Bug fixes

Here is an animated PNG (2 images) showing the flasher under the plastic ramp activated by the bumper, you can see the ball under the ramp:

If you don't have Firefox you can't see the animation, so here is the JPG version (hard to see what I did without the animation):

Thanks!
I did the animated PNG with 2 screen-shots coming from VP during a game, so yes the ramps look like that.

In this table there are 9 flashers and most of them are situated in very complicated places. This one is under the transparent ramp and its light affects 2 transparent bumpers close to it. It was particularly painful to get the flasher working along with the transparency and keep the graphic transitions smooth with the rest of the table. smile.gif

That's impressive.. So are these ramps transparent, are are they set up as solid? Can you see the ball behind them?

Can't wait for this release my friend smile.gif Glad you got some experienced testers on board to perfect it.
