you could also use irotate or some other app that flips your screen around if for whatever reason you can`t let windows flip it for you.

The only issue with rotating the screen is that it makes all my Pinball Fx2 tables upside down instead with no way to rotate them. My kids would never forgive me if got rid of pfx2.
The real issue I guess is when I made the cabinet I put the tv in the wrong way, too hard to change it now though.
I'll just leave the screen in the corner upside down. That way I can at least put in my high scores.
Edit - Could try Loafers idea to rotate my Pinball fx2 tables by using pinballx to launch a program to rotate the screen before loading the table?

exactly.  I actually mapped irotate.exe via the ipac's switch ability to provide secondary functions to buttons, so a press of the start button and left magnasave gives me a rotation "on demand", so that's what I do for "Pinball arcade" whenever I launch it (I don't launch it through the front end, but of course I could!)

Or you could try exporting your POV.xml from one of your VPX tables that is already set at zero for rotation.

So you would load table that you have already adjusted into editor, click "File" tab and then hover mouse over "Export", and then click "Backdrop POV".

This will export your settings to an XML file, which can then be imported back into any table, using the File-Import-Backdrop POV.

Not sure if this will help with any reels though.

Hey there... I've read through the thread hoping to find an answer but if it's in there, I missed it.

Great table... love it... but I was on my best game by far and joined the club where the table crashed because of my score.

I got the following message:

Script Error

Line: 31

Overflow: 'UltraDMD.DisplayScoreboard'

Is there a fix for this yet? If I wasn't using UltraDMD, would this error not have occurred?

Oh... and I love that I can get multiball on top of multiball... adds to the fun for me.

This looks amazing. This motivated me to download and try visual pinball, but it's not working properly. I downloaded and installed the vpxsetup3.zip from here: http://www.vpforums....&showfile=11573

I downloaded and extract the 1.21 version of this table double clicked on the vpx file.

Then the ball wouldn't launch with enough force, so I edited the plunger to have more release force. The ball makes it on to the table but it is as if there is a gravity well or magnet towards the bottom right of the table. The ball just gets stuck there.

Clearly something in the setup is wrong.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I wonder if you have a joystick connected to the computer? If so, then remove it, and see if it works fine.

For some reason when I try to launch this jp Ghostbusters from Pinball X I get a "Visual Pinball can not load a file of that version" error.  It launches fine when I launch it directly from visual pinball folder.

You will get that error if you try to open a VPX file with Vpinball995.exe

Is there something different with this jp ghostbusters that pinballX sees it as a 995 instead of a vpx?  I have both running in pbx now with no issue...it's just ghostbusters that is throwing the error.

OK, I'm an idiot...sorry gtxjoe.  I totally forgot I needed to update the database with alternativeexe to point to vbx for that table.  epic fail on my part.

Hello

great job, congratulations. I have a problem with the ultraDMD that I can not rotate it at 180 °, I use the rotated table at 90 ° and I would like the ultraDMD to rotate it

As I understand, the UltraDMD cannot be rotated.

When I try to launch the table I get an error saying that "Table1.InclinationFS" isnt supported.

I read somewhere (about another table) that I should set DDRAW to 0 in the rom/registry, but this table doesnthave any rom.

Any idea what could be wrong ?

Thanks in advance

/Bjonne

That is very odd Bjonne. The copy I've got doesn't have any InclinationFS inside the script. You might find it in The Addams Family and Victory and for both the solution is to comment out the line.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

As I remember right, you only have to delete the FS after inclination. Then it works.

As thalamus said, I have not added that to the script. You may want to download the table again from this site.

Thank you jpsalas for all the awesome tables you have made. I am new to this, started in July with my cabinet build. I just tested my toys and light bar and all is well. Getting ready to put everything in the cabinet soon. I have been trying to download the Ghostbusters table ever since I started with no luck. I have tried different sites as well. Every time It downloads as JP&#39 and it is a text file.

Any help would be appreciated as this table looks great. Thanks again jpsalas and everyone else in the community for all the help I received from this reading this forum.

Nevermind I found this and it worked:

Apparently, some web browsers have trouble parsing the apostrophe in this file's name and then don't read any further to get to the .zip extension in the rest of the file's name, so the browser then assumes it is a text file. To fix this, copy the zip file name (e.g. JP's Ghostbusters Slimer v1.2.1.zip) from the download link and paste it into the name of the text file that gets downloaded. Make sure to also change the file extension from .txt to .zip. You should then be able to unzip the file and open the file normally.

*shame* I was mistaken about the tables. You are correct that thats my problem with The Addams Family.
The problem I have with GB Slimer is that it works fine when loaded in VPX, but launching it from PBX gives me an error : "Error loading C:\Pinball\Visual Pinball\Tables\Ghostbuster Slimer

Any idea what that could be ?

Sounds like an error in the name of the the table. Have a look inside the XML file that controls the loading. Try to rename table and corresponding db2s file if it uses non regular 'a to z' characters. Of course when you do the XML entry will NOT work. Either fix it in the xml file itself or delete and re-add the table with the new filename.
