Firstly thanks for all the work on this. Since I've updated to version 9.91 I have had 2 major issues.

1. My DMD display does not remember it's position. it's always worked fine & I always use SetDMD.exe to adjust my DMD when needed.

Example. Reg settings for Cactus Canyon are set as they should be.

I run the game in VP & the DMD position goes to the wrong screen. I exit the game & recheck the reg settings for CC & find that the dmd_pos_x & y have both changed.

So every time I run VP it seems to set the DMD position to different values? DMD positioning within the table script has been deleted.

2. Medieval Madness. My fav table so I really want this working.

The trolls trap doors are now black & the ball now disappears when its around the middle of the flipper end of the game.

I've tried downloading MM again, I've tried rolling back to around 4 different versions of VPinball, I've tried different versions of VPinMame, copied dlls over & tried everything suggested in this topic.

Any ideas???

I have all the latest version of Medieval Madness loaded into my pincab and I have none of the problems you mentioned in #2 of your discussion.  I am using 9.91.   Did you try a complete uninstall of VP and then use the full version as the new installation?

thanks and congrats for all the releases of yesterday! :)

question, the FreeImage.dll and SciLexer.dll are different from the ones included in the vpx build, so i have all vp versions into one folder, is it ok to keep the vpx ones only?

The freeimages are both the same, just the date differs for whatever stupid windows-reason.. The SciLexers are different, but they are also named differently, so that they can coexist..

you can overwrite the old one. we tried to always be fully backwards compatible with all the file-naming and the dlls themselves, so that one can have VP8,VP9.2.X,VP9PM5,VP9.9.X and VPX.X all in the same folder without problems. same of course also with the scripts.

Amazing work from the devs as usual. Thank you so much for all your hard work ! :otvclap: :love39:

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.
