@JP

I read on your page that Smurfette_v1.0 is more or less "Big Shot"

"The layout is the same as in the Gottlieb table "Big Shot".

Sound and rules should be similar too."

what's involved in making the the Big Shot B2S work with Smurfette_v1.0 VPX table???

Yes, Smurfette's layout is the same as Big Shot, but I made the script myself, so I guess the B2S must be rewritten for Smurfette the same way they do it for any EM table. I know nothing about B2S, so I can't say what must be changed

If you had an image you would like for a backglass, I'd be willing to make a simple b2s for it and add the code to the script.  Fun cute table, got me thinking about updating my angry birds table with some new stuff.

Added one of the new target objects but when my ball hits one the target spins around and around endlessly. What did I do wrong? I just dropped it onto the table. No coding yet. I thought perhaps this was mentioned before but I didnt find the post.

So here are the links to the rev2069 versions of TS and BR. I had no problems at all to load and play the rev2044 version in a rev2069 environment. But give them a try and report if the something has changed.

Buck Rogers version 20150619 (rev2069) -> https://drive.google...xVXc&authuser=0
Truck Stop version 20150619 (rev2069) -> https://drive.google...5U0U&authuser=0

Can't remember if I already commented on these:

Both tables look amazing. Oddly, I get pretty pronounced ball stutter on BR, whereas I'm not running into this problem with even seemingly more cpu intensive tables like TOTAN or Medieval Madness. Otherwise, BR is a winner. Such nice redraws and playfield elements.

Truck Stop VP10 is brilliant! You did a fantastic job of making the colors and lighting on this table really "pop'" sinbad. And the physics are tuned so nicely. Table really has flow. And -- it is HARD! The challenge keeps me coming back. My current favorite.

I wonder if anyone has commented on this before, by Bally really seems to have drawn inspiration from Williams' Diner for this one (or vice versa). The theme is similar, the music is similar. Not a bad thing at all. Diner is another favorite.

With JP's permission, here is the version I modded to add the code for hauntfreaks b2s.    Download file on my dropbox and includes the table and the directb2s file.

Nice job hauntfreaks and BorgDog! :)

Yes, this happens to me on the older computer, which is quite slower. All the VP10 tables are too slow to be played on that computer since I only get from 17 to 28 fps depending on the table. And in this computer the new targets they just spin around when hit.

@JP

Beautiful table, thanks

My grand daughters love it, but the ball drops into the outlane every time it falls onto the top posts of the slingshots.

I would like to increase the elasticity to the top posts on each sling shot, Which object would I select to do this?

  I tried selecting the slingshot Rubber Ring but the elasticity is grayed out.

Can anyone help on this?

Wow nice !!!   :dblthumb:    Will try it later ...Thanks guys for this nice BG and I hope you guys will find the time and energy to make the same treatment for PAPA smurf otherwise I fear that this table may risk to turn into grouchy smurf  :)

Well fine, if you insist :)  I did this one without hauntfreaks graphics skills so it may not be quite up to par with his, but fortunately JP's tables are very much alike so it was pretty easy to add the code after having done the first one.

File on my dropbox contains the modified table and the directb2s file.  Enjoy :)  https://dl.dropboxus...Smurf_1.08b.zip
