I'm still having a problem with the balls getting stuck on the top ramp between the two wire ramp drop offs, it just hits the first bump on that ramp and wants to stop... Of course I can nudge it still to get it going but...yeah

Change the plunger release speed to 150. A lot of things have changed with the flipper physics and the KickBack has been replaced with the method PacDude used in the VP8 version to make it fire more reliably.

Best Regards,
Todd.

Sweet, I wasn't trying to complain or anything smile.gif

Mind if I show the table off a bit on webcam in the chat sometime today like I did wiht Pin*bot?

Let me send you a new version first, then let me know ahead of time so I can see it too pls! dblthumb.gif I don't like the old VUK wires, I think you'll agree the new VUK wires are slightly better, especially for the 4x3/4x3-WS users.
I'm still re-numbering the pieces of the segmented displays so just ignore them for the time being.

Best Regards,
Todd.

So, onto my "to-do" list so that I remember what is left to do before release:
-finish placing screw heads (plastic screw nuts already placed)
-fix metal screw heads to look nicer
-add the Williams logo to the tops of the flippers
-add JP & Noah's nudging system
-add a plunger anim (I haven't decided which method I'll use yet.)
-add PBW/Nanotech Motion adapter support.
-modify the sounds for bumpers and flippers from the default ones
-fix the light lenses on the table fading light images
-add sounds for rubber hits and ball sounds on the wire ramps
-add wire triggers for all the required places on the table (I keep forgetting to add these!)
-attach the bottom of the wire ramps to the top posts of the slingshots so it looks authentic
-fix the KickBack plunger device to make it reliable - turns out, PacDude's method makes for a reliable kickback!
-re-jig the VUKs so they look better - major ramp relocating for those 4x3 die-hards wink.gif
-add the segmented player displays, credits display, and match display for the 4x3 version

-make a backglass image that fits the segmented displays and includes, BIP, Credits, Match, Game Over, & Tilt lights.
-tweak the flipper physics - still discussing this with the beta testers - I may release it "as-is" and if it doesn't work out, re-jig them in an update

[I'm sure I'm forgetting some unfinished stuff too.]

My lunch was uninterrupted so I managed to squeeze out the segmented displays. All I have left is to make a backglass image that fits the segmented displays and wait for feedback from the testers.

Best Regards,
Todd.

Thank you, but I couldn't have done it without the great support of this community, all I did was the art and the object placement, the "guts" of this table have been begged, borrowed, stolen, whatever you want to call it from every author before me. I have studied their techniques and, hopefully, given enough credit where it's due. I am but a humble student of all the authors who preceded me. If I have not credited an author who's technique I've used, please let me know when High Speed is finally released.

Best Regards,
Todd.

I know it's not as pretty as other backglasses, but here's where I'm at with the 4x3 / 4x3WS backglass:

4x3 backglass:

4x3WS backglass:

(I cheated a bit, it's actually the same backglass that I made sure would still look pretty good if the table was converted to 4x3WS format)
Now I'm going to work on placing the game over, match, and tilt lights

Todd.
