This table is based on Stern's Foo Fighters from 2023. It is a kind of tribute to Stern's table.
The rules are based on the rulesheet PDF from Stern's wen site, and the one found on Tiltforums.
 
All the rules are implemented, but some of the scores are simplified, as the original rules about the scoring are quite complicated.
Most of the multiballs are implemented, and the only one missing is the Toy Multiball. The scoring in the multiballs are a little different than in the real table, including the Final Battle, which I have simplified. 
 
This is my wip number 50, that's why the file version is 0.5.0 Even if all the rules are implemented, it is not sure that they all work as intended, mostly after finishing a game and starting a new one, as I have not tested that yet. With so many rules it will take to test all.
 
The music is included in the table, but there are no voices nor taunts. I'll add them later.
 
Also there are many DMD displays missing, just a few of them are implemented.
 
So the table is a very very EARLY BETA, but I wanted you to try it, mostly to see how it plays. So, you do not need to start writing posts about bugs, as there are plenty of them. But you can start multiballs, do the city battles, and VAN perks are there too, bonus multipliers and playfield multipliers, but again a lot of things are still missing.

The default DMD is in desktop mode, use the F12 menu to turn on the FlexDMD for FS mode.

Hi, I get the following error. Any ideas?  I see that this is early beta. No worries just curious if i was missing some other download for the DMD. Great table BTW. Love it!!

Update your flexdmd at least to 1.9.0, better 1.9.1

Great start! A few suggestions:

 

-Ball feels a little heavy, maybe too much pitch

-There is a little too much bloom, lots of glare coming off the ball

-The kickback target should be able to send the ball around the loop, it feels weak

It says you should be able to play modes, but when I start a mode it goes straight to the final battle ??

If you press the [2] key you will be able to play the Final Battle It is the only test key. But the modes should work, maybe not all of them works fine

I don't understand what you mean. The lights are working on the table.

Which version of VPX are you using?

 

The table should be played with VPX8 released version. Newer versions may or may not as intended, it all depends of the build version and the platform. I guess only Windows versions are supported for now, other platforms are experimental for now, as they are not even beta yet.
