made sure that the files extracted isn't blocked ?

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

This is what I get when I click "debug the program". Maybe this has a clue?

Not sure really. I keep having to install a new version every now and then when some program requires it, and I usually don't pay attention to which one it is. Lemme see if I can find out...
Looks like I have 4.8.03761.

I dunno if it's at all important, but I'm running Windows 7 virtually with VMware.

Alright, so I installed a virtual Windows 10 to use VPX on, and the error went away. I guess Windows 7 just wouldn't let FlexDMDUI do its thing for some reason.

Of course, now I'm getting a new error in VPX itself. Anyone know what "Object required: 'Controller'" means?

I think “controller” has something to do with the backglass. It’s part of the all in one installer

Tried using the all-in-one installer, didn't work. Still getting the error.
I've been getting this error on all sorts of tables, so I hope there's some kind of solution...

And you were internet connected when using the AIO?…since it installs net framework.

Just another thought…I’ve read that antivirus programs can cause havoc withVP. I’m following this thread and hope you get it resolved

I must have been, because I got a message saying I had a newer version of .NET installed already.

If you have the table roms copied across try running vpinmame\setup.exe Install option again.

Thanks, that worked for some reason, even though I'd already clicked "install" once before. Weird.
I'm still getting the same error on at least one table though. Ugh.

Also, I found out that it's a good idea to make sure the folder paths in PinMAME are exactly right when using VMware... had to create a "network drive" out of the "Shared Folders" thingy.

Hello all, do any of you having trouble with FlexDMD working?

I ran FlexDui and it shows everything ok but yet won't appear when hitting F5 or when I load a table like JP's Deadpool.

Now sure what else to do.

Search in the registries FLEXDMD with regedit and delete all the related keys

When registered, you must have only FLEXDMD v1.8.0 present for the current version.

Hello, I just went through the registry and removed all 1.7 entries.  Rebooted and tried loading Deadpool and Ghostbusters Slimer but still no dmd.
