Hi balater, thank you for this recreation.
 
I have one issue with the table. The DMD is behind the playfield or behind the BG. Only when the game has no *.nv file the DMD is displayed in front. Where can I adjust this?

Click on the playfield screen. in option the cabinet mode must be checked.

This is real! I was thinking this is an odd theme for a 'joke' table theme... but.. its real.... SLOWWWWW day in the pinball factory when your bosses come in and the idea you pitch is this......

 

I will say its awesome that it exists and is real lol and that there's a great VPX version for us to try!.. For a vanity project you cant knock it too much lol most of us would probably love a personally themed pinball table so good on him

 

EDIT: I love it... its weird.. its funny.. its exactly what you'd expect form a deliriously rich Hollywood TV show producer.. That was one hell of a Hanukkah present best I can guess.. From a Forbes article:

"Thompson: Do you get many licenses or commissions for one-off machines?

Dankberg: Not really because it’s very difficult for us to run our business that way. We’re really a manufacturing business and if we can’t do economy of scale it becomes quite expensive. I remember that Aaron Spelling’s wife called up and wanted an Aaron Spelling pinball machine made for her husband. My boss jokingly said that it would be $250 thousand and she said that she’d take two. So, if the price is right, sure."

 

Question: I tired dumping the DMD and couldn't get it to record.. any ideas?

This was on the list I posted of VP9 tables yet to be converted to VPX. Data East must have rushed this out for Tori Spelling when she asked for it and they did a pretty good job with the rom, but left a few call outs and scenes from Lethal Weapon 3 unchanged. But a great work, nonetheless. Your work to bring this table up to VPX is very commendable.

Where you able to find any Hi-Res Backglass images? I found one thats 'OK' but the dude taking the picture is sort of reflected in the lower part but its still pretty good. Ive tried UP-resing it, maybe too bright but idk how to do backglasses. Also could be 'shrunk" in size as I blew it up pretty big trying to squeeze better resolution out of it:

Been cracking on some of these plastics. The video grabs for some of the smaller things aren't much an improvement even after fiddling.. so I started just redrawing the 'easy' bits.. I changed the font on the idea signs slightly and made them goldish. Just redoing these I think is easier then fiddling with touching up the screenies I can pull.. still a major rookie and there's people here who would make me look like a droopy eyed armless baby when it comes to photo retouching but they look OK:

 

Question: When doing some of these would it be better to remove the screw images or add them in? Screw or no screw? ...add in 3D screws and bolts?... anyway back to wasting my life on this Aaron Spelling pinball lol

Sadly not. I only find this backglass-image for my wheel.

OK will do! What sort of updates are you working on? Just curious Also I will send full resolution completed textures that can just be swapped in. You may want to "shrink" them as I usually go way to big when editing them.. the pics here may not be full resolution so I'll compile and send them and you can decide what to do with them size wise.. Just posting here for fun

 

Worked on the Data East 'prism" popper top, looks kinda funky here but looks good on the table:
