File Name: Toledo (Williams 1975) VPX

File Submitter: singinfool64

File Submitted: 27 May 2020

File Category: VPX Recreations

Author(s): Bodydump
singinfool64
Manufacturer: Williams
Year: 1975
Permission to MOD?: Unspecified

I dug this out of the WIP forum from about 4 years back. This was Bodydump's unfinished table. He did the scripting and the graphics. I merely changed some minor things in the scripting, got the pop bumpers working, changed physics and added some original sounds. I also added JP's ball scratches. In all, I put a good week into it, to hopefully please you, the community! It's been a great learning experience for me!

Thank you Bodydump and singinfool64 !

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Credit also to Leon Spalding for his original vp8 version which I adapted the scripting from.  Thanks for finishing this Singinfool64.

Thanks Bodydump for allowing me to upload this for the community, and for all your hard work on some really nice graphics, and the scripting (also credit to Leon Spalding)! :)

Hmmm... it's working fine, here! I'm not sure why it's not on your end! Maybe you are seeing only the picture and don't have your b2s loaded?

Scorpion, are you setup in cabinet mode, or are you converting it over to desktop? Fisch came up with this for desktop:

I have found a way.

In the script I replaced all instructions: showdt = false with: showdt = true.

Now I can play with active B2s in desktop mode.

I did notice one minor issue - when the bonus is being added to the player scores on some instances it misses the last 1000 points. I suspect there is a timing issue related to the scoring routines going on as it isn't consistent.

Aside from that, nice to have this table updated. Thank you singinfool64 for your work and Bodydump for all his work on the initial version.

Thanks Stefan, but I am sorry, your script do not create backglass.....in original script the author have made two options, showdt that can be true or false...if you change the first voice from false to true the backglass appear but is only a picture
