oops, i did not add the startshake code, so if you want the table to move when you nudge, add startshake to the table init sub.

Also, for WS settings, change the x scale to 0.8625

Also, i used a generic backdrop as i don't like cutting up a beautiful backglass image, so replace it if you like

I was trying to get to bed, and you drop this dblthumb.gif

I think your lighting choice worked out great, the table is just plain awesome when played in a dark room. The lighting goes a long way in recreating the general atmosphere of the original table, along with those vintage sounds, Its safe to say you nailed it. Unfortunately I am way to tired to take on any more games tonight, Fathom has always been a little tricky to me and I am out of practice. Thanks for this artful tribute to a real classic.

Pretty damn good and plays very well here @1600x1200x32 bit on my old rig never drops below 200FPS, specs in sig. I like it, thanks UW, I might change things a bit but then again that's just a personal preference thing and sadly enough I never really got to play this table when it was in the wild, well not one that was actually working.

Thanks! smile.gif

Very nice version of Fathom! Thanks smile.gif

This table crashed VP909 the first time I tried it, so I opened the table in VP908 and the table played fine then I played the the table in VP909 again and the table plays fine.

I cant explain why this table crashed VP909 the first time, but the table seems to play fine now and I didn't change any thing so far. I just thought you might like to know about the first play crash I had in VP909.

Thanks for the brighter textures, I'll be sure to Reimport them to the table. wink.gif

Wow unclewilly, what for a fantastic release. Your table makes a lot of fun.

Only one little problem. The letters A - B - C can not change with the flipper buttons.

Best regards and a Happy New Year

I thought about that while i was testing the table but quickly dismissed it. There is nothing on the apron telling you that a button is used for lane changing. In 1981 I'd assume this would be a key feature that would be on the apron for sure.

If the game infact does have lane changing....then oops.

edit: Just read some flyers and the game does have lane changing even though not notabably told so on the apron, it is on the instruction card in small ass print though. A little bit of pinball skill just flew out the window sad.gif , I have a love / hate relationship with lane changing, just the thought of it being added to the table is going to make it so easy to score abc.....sigh . Sorry I didn't bring it to your attention earlier scott.

Thanks for the awesome table guys!

I just had a few games, and noticed that the top rubbers on both the left and right slingshots seem to stop the ball dead, rather than bouncing off. Maybe it is just in my mind, but it almost seems like the ball is not hitting the elastic wall, and maybe hitting the plastic there...

I had that same problem with pinball pool, I mentioned it but it wasn't really fixed so I didn't mention it again for Fathrom.

thanks for the table and the update.

the effects of lights are really pretty.

I ask a question.
Why do I need to put the surface in 15h bssaucerr and bssaucert ?
if you put nothing the effect of ball in the hole is even better.
with the surface 15h
it seems that the ball does not fall into the hole
and acted as if it were magnetized as on some tables with magnets.
Is that taking it 15hin the editor, has an influence on the game ??

Just select the kicker and change the surface to none
