Hi, I downloaded the VP8 nascar table and getting an error message that cpu roms are missing, but they are not because I downloaded all the available roms (including the foreign language ones) and put them in my rom folder. I doubled checked and even replaced them.

Any ideas on what might be happening?

Thanks in advance for any assistance

Did you download them from here?

And I'm fairly sure the vp8 table uses the 4.00 nascar roms - 4.50 was recently added after the table was uploaded.

Thanks destruck, that did the trick. I removed the 450 roms but then the error message said that both cpu and sound roms were missing (prior message was that only cpu roms were missing). Then I added only one back in and voila -- it came to life.

By the way thanks for all the tables you create. I really like the cocktail ones as well -- I never played a "real" one and always wondered what they were like.

As a nice aside, through VP I discovered that my wife is really into pinball and it has been something that we have had a great time sharing over the past week since I found VP. I get a real kick out of seeing her get all worked-up, curse the machine, etc as she plays. And she gives me a run for my money surprisingly smile.gif
