You sure you have the correct rom?

I used the one in the "file information" area.  also tried the one in this thread.

This error pops up when you’re using true fullsccreen with a rom whose ddraw value has not been set to zero. Are you using truefullscreen?

yes that was it I guess.  so there is no way to use fullscreen with this game? Tables run too slow in windowed mode for me.  I run fullscreen in 720 res to speed it up.
