RIP Rawd

Hello everyone,

 

I really can't believe I'm writing this today ...

 

It is with a heavy, heavy heart that I'm writing this. We have lost a an incredible, creative, and genuinely awesome member of our community today.

 

Rawd has passed away at the age of 51. 

 

I don't know the details, other than it happened this morning suddenly. If someone has more info, including where to send condolences, please share.

 

RIP, Rawd. I miss you, man. I wish we had never grown apart.

We are working behind the scenes to develop the best possible platform for our hobby. This site has always belonged to the community, and we'd love for YOU to help make it that way!

 

First, we'd really like some input on FEATURES!

 

  • What features are here now that you think you couldn't live without?
  • What features would you like to see that haven't been implemented?
  • What areas currently exist that could use some improvement?

Site Update/Upgrade Update ...

Just a head's up ...

 

We are still working towards an update, but things have taken an interesting turn!

 

A friend and software developer has offered me an opportunity to give his new platform a try. It's much more flexible than our current IPB environment, customizable to no end, and will have the developer himself as support and feature development.

 

This may come with a few hiccups down the road, but I'm seeing a LOT of upside. I'm told we will lose nothing in the way of content, including posts, files, attachments, etc.

 

Will keep you posted ...
