Does anyone have a fix for the ball disappearing from the bottom of the screen after being hit by the flippers. Would love to play this game.

Ball is invisible in lower area above flippers. Fast like light speed, you can´t see ball and is not playable. I tried all versions, always the same. Sometimes Ball removes totally, but gameplay and crane go on moving. Lights flashing, but no ball anymore.
I am using VP9.9 with Windows10.
