Sound is a little Scratching and to loud i think?

ROM sounds tend to be scratchy. Some are better than others but overall their quality isn't that good. All my videos have the sound normalized to make sure the volume is always the same across all of them in Hyperpin. Some ROM sounds are very loud and end up becoming quieter others become louder but I've never seen any scratching resulting from that.
