fp dmd future pinball dmd dmd monitor fp fp dmd cabinet
Future DMD will create a virtual dmd that can be positioned in a 3 monitor cabinet similarly to the one used in Visual Pinball for Future Pinball!. Your dmd is no longer limited to your backbox or playfield. If you have a 3 monitor cabinet you can now put your dmd where it belongs! You can choose to leave the DMD running between games or launch from your favorite front end. An example has been included for Hyperpin and Pinballx front ends. Instructions are included in the FutureDMD Setup pdf file.

- Changed aspect ratio sizing and made some small pixel size improvements to the stretch (free sizing) option.

i see ... thank you !
First, great work and thank you for your effort!
But positioning is not working for me in the new 1.5d version. I can resize, but after a restart of Future DMD the DMD is sitting small as before in the upper left corner. Version 1.5c was fine.
thanks tomboo, I am currently looking into this. there may be a workaround that can help you over here:
Hello,
having pb in XP creating ini file and framework pb after version 1.5C.
Thank you for adding rotation and mirroring! Perfect for the P2k cabs.
Awesome job, thanks much! Works great with Hyperpin and alonside Visual Pinball tables in a cabinet setup. Rediscovering virtual pinball again due to advances like this in Future Pinball - your effort is greatly appreciated.
Does this work in XP? When I click on FutureDMD.exe nothing happens.
Thanks
BR
Hi Brightonrock,
I don't have an XP system to test with but It should work on XP as long as you have .NET 3.5 run times installed. You can get them here:
This has full LedWiz support, correct? I have FutureDMD working great but I can't get anything out of the LedWiz tables.
I'm thinking I have more then one of the set of OpenGL and ledwiz.dll files floating around that are getting loaded up incorrectly. (Maybe an old one in a different directory somehow getting loaded first.)
I'm launching everything via FPlaunch 1.295 WIP10 + Pinball FX2 support ( http://www.vpforums....showtopic=24435 )
Any other way to debug?
Thanks

You need to pass the table name as a command line argument to FutureDMD.exe for it to work. Instructions for hyperpin are provided with an explanation of the command line arguments which you can adapt for other front ends. Table colors don't work when using the dmd always on or by double clicking the future pinball.exe
