An archive of Soccer Kings ROMs has been available for quite some time now, with CPU ROM3 with a checksum of 6E92. This ROM does not work correctly. The symptom is that the upper playfield ball ejector will release two balls whenever the Extra Kicks counter is greater than 1. This appears to be a software error in this ROM. Multiple people have dumped images of ROM3 with the same checksum and the same symptoms.

Possibly this was a pre-release rom revision, so we have kept support for it to prevent having to add it repeatedly in the future
