New Highres B2S backglass

--------------------------------------------------
This Backglass is made for the "JP_Spiderman_FS_B2S" table.

Three Screen Cabs
----------------------
The B2S backglass is by default set to a 2-screen layout.
3-screen users can move the Led display to the 3rd screen by adding X-size, Y-size, X-offset, Y-offset in the ScreenRes file.
The X and Y offsets are relative the top/left corner of the selected backglass display. The grill is automatically removed when the Led display is moved.
For Pin2K style cabs it is possible to vertically flip the led display.

Please use the B2S_Setup tool to edit the ScreenRes file --> http://www.vpforums....u...l&f_id=6268
