Can someone explain how to convert 16x9 dual screen tables (as uploaded by Destruk) into single FS tables like this one. Is it a difficult process?

Is the backbox simply deleted and the DMD position changed?

I usually convert them to this format first, before converting to 16:9 dual screen tables. Since they are similar, it takes less time to do it that way, than to convert it to 16:9 and then back again to these.
