Medieval Madness VP9

In this version 2.1, changes
- fixed the red arrow light which was not working
- changed the flipper Williams logo so it is easier to change the color.

Update 2.3.2 10 July 2011
- Updated the flashers with stronger bulbs style_emoticons/default/smile.gif
- Fixed a few small things, like the ball getting stuck on the ramp behind the dragon.

Update 2.2
- new graphics and animations
- fixed a few things here and there

- updated for VP91x, with alpha ramps and some settings change.

  • Those are the changes I had planned for this table:
  • - make the trolls register a side hit and you should need less power to hit them.
  • - slower castle main gate movement and in sync with the rom sound (fixed the solenoid call)
  • - smooth trolls up/down movement (they still move up/down very fast, it didn't feel right to make them go up/down slower, but now they shake when they reach the up position)
  • - smooth castle iron gate movement (done using a primitive)
  • And I ended up adding these changes too:
  • - New playfield, original from Francisco666, with many corrections by ClarkKent
  • - New plastics
  • - New color change for the castle and towers (ClarkKent)
  • - New Damsel castle (ClarkKent)
  • - New lights
  • - New fading GI on playfield and plastics
  • - Fading flashers at the bottom of the ramps
  • - New decoration on top of the flipper lanes, the archers
  • - New flashers
  • - New sounds as in my latest tables
  • - New trolls using 2 primitives for each troll, which allow for better up/down movement and shaking when hit.
  • - New logo on top of flippers, also using primitives
  • - New dragon (with color adjustments by ClarkKent)
  • - Fixed the ladder textures so it doesn't look broken.
  • - + a lot of script changes, b2b collisions, rubber sounds, ball rolling sound, JimmyFingers tap flipper addon, etc
  • - enhanced: purple flashers on the backwall: they didn't have red domes at the shop so I fitted purple ones :)

Unfortunately, I can't try the new version, it keeps saying there is an error with the file (corrupted) even if I download it several times  :(

 

Alright, I didn't notice I was using VP 9.14 instead of the required new 9.15 version !

 

I like the new trolls, but they feel less realistic than in the previous version ;)

Vpinmame.dll V2.5 added but launching this updated table gives me an "this file is corrupt and connot be loaded".....  !?!?!?

Unfortunately (and I'd like to know why) I just can't try it as, like the V2.4, I get a "This file is corrupt and cannot be loaded".

 

Vpinmame.dll V2.5 installed and all others tables loading without a glitch !

It worked for me but I find the V2.4 with rom mm_10 the best. No errors on both, only had to find another rom for the latest version.

download files 2x both versions 2.4 and 2.4.3 are corrupt when opening on VP :(
