Based on the table Attack from Mars from Bally, 1995

New in 1.1

added the small UFOo leds, reflections, and some adjustments in the fading lights, nudge, Gi, and in the general settings. There are also a few new backdrops in the zip file.

Update 2.1 - 8 December 2010
Well, AFM is my favorite table, so as soon as I found a new graphics I had to update the table style_emoticons/default/smile.gif
So in this table you'll find a new playfield, with new lights, a new big ufo and some adjusted settings. And if you want some higher graphics then get them from the FS table style_emoticons/default/smile.gif

Enjoy!
JP

Update 2.2:
- fixed the ball hitting two posts on the side, now the ball go strait to the flippers, like in the real table.
- added some rubber and metal sounds.

Update 2.3
- updated for VP91x, with alpha ramps and some settings change.

Update 2.3.1
-reduced contact friction to 0,0025 (from 0,0035)
-changed ramps elasticity to 0,3
-changed hole script to prevent missing balls
-Added Gi light under the ramps

Excellent work JP
But I must say that it seems easy as others have commented. I've never played Attack from Mars ever before, in real life or simulated. Just played my first game ever in my life and scored 12 billion and got tons of free balls, total annihilation, about 3 or 4 multi-balls.

Anyway... AWESOME job. Fun table.
One of the tops of all time, & so much fun, thankyou JP
Far to addictive! Awesome work.

Thanks Worship.gif
Awesome game, but are the scores about a thousand times too high or is the real game really like that?

You get a billion points in no time.
Well, terrific pinball,, reminded me the great times I had on the real one ! Too bad I just can't own one...

But... at more than 30 billions, multiballs and rule of the universe I got one ball stuck... Waited for the whole release everything sequence, had to tilt it then stayed stuck ! Shit !!!!

And in the bug department, I also ended more than twice with the two balls bug, this went on for the whole game with, after each counting score, two balls to play with and the play ended as soon as one ball was lost. I'm not sure if I'm well understood...

Anyway, many thanks to you for this wonderful pinball !

Why does all jpsales tables have such low music volume?  How does one fix that?

Why does all jpsales tables have such low music volume?  How does one fix that?

Press the end button during game and after that press the 8 or 9 button.

Damn, am I the only person where the Attack from Mars B2 FS version plays without flaws and this version, graphics jump, ball stutters etc?   I have a beast of a computer too..........plays T2 chrome flawless

Hey JP thanks for the update once again. Visuals are great, but gameplay is quite different to the previous version. Can't hit shots as accuratly as before, which makes it harder, but maybe that was intented?
