Some fixes for Starman's Jungle Queen.
Fixes done on the VPX conversion by Wiesshund's v4.0.
Balls States for A B C Lane and A C Outlane Fix
' ABC Top Lanes and AC Inlanes On when new ball in play
' Double Bonus on Last Ball
3 balls or 5 balls Bumpers Scoring Fix
' Scoring on 5 balls makes Red Bumpers 100 and blue Bumper 10 or 100 if Light is On by going thru B lane
' Scoring on 3 balls makes Red Bumpers 1000 and blue Bumper 100 or 1000 if Light is On by going thru B lane
Bumpers Blink Fix during ball in play
' Bumpers Blink During Resets
' No Blinking Bumpers when ball in plunger
End of Ball non double bonus sound Fix
' No 1000 points sound was playing at end of ball bonus.
Added 5 Balls Instructions Card to F12 key
5 balls is now Default Game Mode
Game Over, Bumpers preliminary light fix
