See Saw from Bally.  A fun game with a focus on building both a yellow and a blue bonus.
Features:
 
Both a top and a bottom gate for returning the ball to the shooter lane - activated by targets
An autoplunger on the left outlane - activates or deactivates at random 10 point scores
A "play-more post" between the flippers
targets to double the bonus
rollover buttons to light the 10/100 point bumpers
 
There are some addition options on the F12 menu for things like flipper color, high score display.
