Based on the J. Esteban table from 1979.
Thanks to halen for redrawing all the images, and for the B2S.
This EM table is based on my Charlie's Angels EM table.
The rules are almost the same as in the Charlie's Angels, but the right lane rollovers turn on when hitting any of the top "C" rollovers.
the table is set to 5 balls, since that was the default of the J. Esteban table.
