starship bally 1976
Based on the Bally table from 1976. Only 1 unit produced
This is the prototype of Supersonic. More to read at the IPDB:
Internet Pinball Machine Database: Bally 'Star Ship'
Thanks to Borgdrone for suggesting the table and for sending me the his backdrop, playfield and plastics which I used as a based on my table.
The table's rules are just like in Supersonic. The only differences are:
- the center bumper always scores 100, and the other alternate between 100 and 1000 when lit.
- the current state is not saved between balls/players, since this is a EM table, so there was no way to save those values, which is something they started to be able to do by using a ROM. This makes the table a bigger challenge than Supersonic. But it has 5 balls as default.
I made the directb2s myself, so it is very simple. Feel free to enhanced it if you want

Big thanks for this. Those late-70s solid states by Williams and Bally kind of irk me. Maybe it's the sounds?
Very happy to have Supersonic with bells.
