Download Jackpot (Williams 1971) v1.01 with DOF Support 1.01

Jackpot is one of the few EM tables that still did not support DOF. I decided this would be a great first table for me to mod.
I started with the Albert/loserman/Kees Jackpot version (v1.0a mod). Thank you to them for their work.
The Klondike table (Kiwi, Leon Spalding and leeoneil) was a template for the DOF/SSF calls since this table is almost identical. I changed the undercab lighting to purple and also flash the word 'Jackpot' on the back addressable LED matrix on start.
In addition to adding DOF support I cleaned up some of the graphics and corrected some of the colors (top left plastic and apron). Support for entering high score initials and displaying the top 5 high scores on the instruction card has been added.
Users can now adjust the physics of flippers, bumpers and slingshots easily using a script option (PhysicsAdjust). Just locate the variable at the top of the script and set it to a value between 1 and 10. The default is 5. Increase this value if table seems too slow and decrease it if the table feels too fast.
Added code to correct the 'CDBL' error on start that several users have reported in the past version.

- Added DOF and several new SSF sound calls
- Added 'PhysicsAdjust' script option which provides an easy way for users to increase or decrease the physics (stength/force) of the flippers, bumpers and slings
- Increased playfield and plastics image resolution
- Corrected colors on the apron and top left plastic.
- Added code to enter/store/display the 5 highest scores and player's initials (borrowed from GNMOD)
- Added code to fix the 'CDBL' error that some users reported when launching the table for the 2nd time.
- Added code to fix 'Unexpected End of File' error when loading the user file (Jackpot_1971.txt) if corrupted.
- Fixed issue on additional player buy-in where the credits on the backglass weren't being decremented.
- I borrowed some code and sound files from Klondike (thanks to Kiwi, Leon Spalding and leeoneil).
- Refactored code for readability.
