Another Lovely EM I hadn't heard of before, very nice, thank you so much 
There was this Mexican restaurant on the south side of Milwaukee WI called Jalisco. I used to go there after shift and get a steak burrito with all the trimmings. One of my partners was Manny Rodriguez. He used to say, Jalisco's served dog food, I would say they sure know how to cook a good dog cause that burrito was GOOD!
