Does this mean the table was modified without permission from the original authors?

The VPW table clearly specifies a written permission is required:

100% this POS thinks he has the right to do whatever he pleases with anyone's work and then has the balls to put his name on it.... 

At least nobody thinks I'm a pervert. The table is free to mod from michel757 on this site. So pack-up your cheerleaders and bugger-off.

And BTW, I think the table was an amateurish hunk of shit.

I would think that adding a VR room to a table does not allow one to change the permissions on the original work.
