I have done this as the first of possibly a few cabinet versions of some of my old vp6/7/8 tables. 
 
As I have inly scoring on the backglass I have left the desktop displays active for text that appears throughout the game, but they are discrete on left of playfield. those and a few other display elements could go to the backglass nut I have not done this. I hereby declare free to mod.
 
dropping 6 targets sets one of the six event areas on the table to tripple score.
 
I'm sure it shows its age, but it is still fun for a 22 year old table!
