Initial announcement from Jeff:
This release wouldn't be possible without the following:
user42 who did the artwork/redraws and provided the backglass image
Like all of my releases, hold down the left flipper for 3 seconds when not playing a game to set the options.
ZIP includes a wheel image and directB2S
This is for personal use only. DO NOT include this in any pre-packaged ZIP of tables for commercial/non-commercial products. You know who you are. Just enjoy what is provided for FREE instead of trying to earn a buck from our community's work.
Any mods, require permissions from ALL of the above folks listed as primary contributors for this table.
My view on Circus: I never saw the game in real, for me it is cheaper copy of Gottlieb's "Jungle". However I had it longer on my "to do"- list when teisen posted his mod. I asked him and he gave me the permission to use my full Jeff Whitehead toolbox for improvements on his mod (very pretty light temperatures!!!) and to offer you here my version 1.0c:
GAME/PLAYFIELD
- repainted table under the stand up targets
- new size, color and angle for the stand up targets
- all screw heads on plastics and bumper cap newly positioned as on the original table
- new game physics
- new POV for cab users
- rolling ball sound level adjusted
- many new (nearly all) sounds
- all object sounds now in operation
- new timing for ball release - now after bonus count is completed and the score motor runs to stop
- when the game is switched on and in game over state all players score reels are now illuminated
BACK GLASS
- rolling score reels
- score reel ilumination now in snippit- methodology
- score memory: when you leave the table and reload it the score of the previous use will be indicated
-> attention: I changed the nv ram concept in order to implement this functionality, if you have still a nv ram in the user- folder delete it or replace it with the nv ram you find in the zip file (it is the Circus_73VPX.txt), otherwise the table will crash when loading the 1st time.
- ZIP contains game, BG file, nv ram, BG- and PF- pics for cab users
All this in kind tribute to Jeff Whitehead.

Thank you for the update to this table! One of my friends, who's family was much more financially secure than mine, had this machine at his house. It brings back a lot of childhood memories in the countless hours of playing this machine for free :-)
Thanks Mustang for this very nice mod! Also thanks to hauntfreaks for the very nice b2s also. 0.jpg)
Nicely updated again Mustang1961. Show here with a preview of hauntfreaks fulldmd b2s so thanks to him as well!

Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you!
great Mustang1961 update!
that's the motto... "better and better"
thanks for the update and for sharing
hugs
Teisen
The backglass I would love to use but no matter what I do with my limited computer skills I cant get them to work.
Mustang1961, I don't know if I've ever commented on one of your tables. I just wanted to make sure you get my thanks for the effort you put into these, the tables you have worked on are among the very best available. Thank you so much for the skills you apply and the time you spend doing them. I really appreciate it!

I've always wonder why there is zero effort put into making the b2s look realistic?

I cant be the only dude with the skills to do this.... just no interest?... laziness?
are the b2s's the redheaded stepchild of the hobby??
so sad....
example this is 10mins worth of work to clean it up
2hrs in, light mask created

2.5hrs in.... bulbs and blooms added resources
