Same thing happens to me. The rocket ship ramp shot just returns the ball to the shooter lane.

What you do to fix the ball not going up the rocket (You shoot it in the rocket, and than it just doesn't do anything - come back.) is go to the Visual Pinball folder in which should be located under C: / Program Files, and go in the NVRAM folder, and search for Apollo13.nv , and delete it. When you start the game up again, it will create a new one.
The other problem I have had with this game is that sometimes the ball when going into the mooon gets stuck, but I don't know a fix for that. This has become one of my favorite pinballs!

Sweet table, thanks! Any chance for VP9 4:3/WS Version?
When I launch the ball it just stays stuck up top and balls just add up unless I try to nudge the table then some of them release.
Also the music and sound from the rom is very low, so low i can't even hear well even with my audio level at maximum.

I have the same problem with the music and sound. Did you ever find a fix for it?
