My second and last mod of Serious Sam II from JP Salas.
 
The biggest difference here is that there are 5 battles before the wizard mode instead of 12.
 
Defeat each of the demons to reach the final battle for the sacred jewel!
 
I used Monster Mash to create quick primitives for this table.
