Another amazing Elvira themed table thanks to Shoopity, JPSalas, Dozer316, Hauntfreaks and nFozzy.
I've given it a makeover. Insert lights are now done with lights instead of flashers.
3.0 has new lighting, physics and sound.

Can confirm locking the ball is broken. Hope for a fix
Locking the ball works just fine, using vpx 10.6
does not lock on vpx 10.7 and vpin mame 3.3
