Might just have to play in 10.7 for now. I'll try to figure out your 10.8 problem, but they work better than ever in 10.7, as seen in the screenshot.
Update: VPM3.6 kills the ramp lights in 10.8 and 10.7 but 3.5 works fine. At least it prompted me to install 10.8 finally, but it looks a bit shabby in 10.8 so I need to fix it in other areas as well as the ramps.

I confirm, you just need to replace the 3.6 version of VPinMame.dll by the 3.5 version, and it works perfrectly.

This 3.0 may be the best updated Tron legacy! Personally, I like it better than the vpw version.

I am sorry to report that in v 2.1, the ramps lights still are not working. Using 10.8, ROM 1.74h. With the same software setup, VPW version 1.1.0 does give working ramp lights. Could you re-check?
