Shaq Attaq
Hello Pincaber! 32assassin, Arrestis and me are proud to release the Shaq Attaq for VPX
We hope you enjoy it. So this recreations has not the same accurate as Stargate, cause we redraw entirely all the plastics and decals from photo, and moddeling from photo too.
Physics are based on Stargate, but with more power. Shaq Attaq have the most powerfull solenoid from Gottlieb.
Thanks to:
Thalamus for SSF
Siggi for the PF redraw
MeDiSt for PF rework and some missing decals redraw
Scotty, Jay Kash and other for their information and photo
Arngrim for DOF
Thanks to them
Thanks to JPJ, Chucky and Mat' for their advise, testing and feedback.
Thanks to Rothbauer and Fleep for TOM soundfiles and SSF script parts, and there LUT files.
In package, you'll find nvram file to initialise ROM !!! you need to put it on your nvram folder !!! You need to use only the shaqatt2 rom. The other ROM is buggy.
You'll also find the backglass on the pack
Check script for option:
You can enable or disable the plastic dome
You can choose GI and playfield temperature Color ( Cold, Neutral, Warm )
You can choose the hoop speed
You can choose you LUT.
I think, Shaq Attaq is a better pinball that people say. It don't have the good criticism it need.
Pincabily,
32assassin, JLouLoulou & Arrestis

What's New in Version 1.0.1 (See full changelog)
- Change vari-target setting to prevent stuck when solenoid release it
- Fine tune outlane post to make them loosing more ball
- Add some wall to prevent some ball stuck
Here are my rom color settings similar to the color scheme of title logo.
Seems much easier on the eyes now without a contrasting orange/red DMD for this table.

UPDATE: Disregard found the comment with the tip
Thanks everyone!
Just got this table working last night. One of my new favorites! Thanks for the update!!! Happy Holidays!
appreciate folks are talking in riddles lol - i've followed as much as i can, it starts then throws this line...1033:
UpdateMaterial "Flashermaterial" & nr,0,0,0,0,0,0,ObjLevel(nr),RGB(255,255,255),0,0,False,True,0,0,0,0
Fixed this line, like xmen LE with rem'iong out that above line, not sure why its there by default e.g.
'UpdateMaterial "Flashermaterial" & nr,0,0,0,0,0,0,FlashLevelb(nr),RGB(255,255,255),0,0,False,True,0,0,0,0
no b2s showing and cant find anythin in script
gam*nik rom doesn't work for me either
edit: nm, didn't realize it needs 2 rom files
Table works and plays but I cannot get the DMD to stay where I want it on my Cabinet setup. I checked the script and do not see any DMD options besides the basics...i thought there was a way to hard code where you want it but i have not tinkered with VP in almost a year ![]()
Awesome - Thanks a lot!
