This is King Kong by LTD do Brasil.
Thanks go to CARLOSGUIZZO for providing the images to make a redraw possible.
At the top of the script You have the option to adjust the sound volume and GI brightness and activate FreePlay.
The table has no DIP switch menu to adjust the number of balls or other settings.
The ROM can be found at VPUniverse, for instance.
