I owned this machine for a few years and, thanks to Allknowing2012 for this fine table, I'm still playing.
2.4 has new physics and plays much better.

It sounds like flex isn't registered correctly, if it works on other tables you'd need to raise that in the support topic for this table (red button at the top of page).
You can turn off the flexdmd option at the top of the table script, find this line UseFlexDMD = 1 and set to UseFlexDMD = 0
