Gridiron - Gottlieb 1977
Original conversion of Pinuck's VP9 table by Scottacus

This is Gottlieb's re-do of Pro Football. Pretty much the same table, but now it is 2 player and the outlanes will always score a touchdown even if the score motor is running (a flaw that the Gottlieb designer of this table corrected when he redid it).
Unique thing about this table - match is based on last 3 digits. I don't believe Gottlieb ever did this prior with their tables.
My table is a complete rebuild of the table. Prior tables were used to identify scoring and such. You will also note this one has the correct plastics. Prior tables used (incorrectly) Pro Football's plastics.

Thank you....Now I'm ready for the Super Bowl
Gidday LoserMan76, It was a joy to find this recreation as it was one of the few pinball tables I got to play as a kid. I particularly like that the game is either feast or famine and the challenge of dead bouncing the ball to set up shots and avoid early drains. I tried to contact you through your messages but was rejected on the basis that your message limit was fullup and I was wondering if you would allow me to do an alternative playfield graphics and bring the rolling ball volume up and activate the var target, target and rubber sounds. The game plays superbly and I particularly like the plastics and backglass.
