Not able to get music or find how to open the coin door. end, 8,9 did not work. Cool table... but would be great with sound/music.

Just starting out with VPX and this looks great, but for some reason, if I hit the Bat cave or get the ball to the upper right corner in any way, the table seems to tilt so the ball gets stuck in the upper right corner of the table! Very weird. The game doesn't tilt.
Am I doing something wrong with my setup?
