This is NBA Mac by MAC, Full Screen edition.
Akiles again provided images of this Spanish pin. I reworked the playfield image, made a plastic redraw and found out the switch and light numbers.
A current owner of the machine was able to provide a gameplay video, that helped a lot identifying the correct assignments.
Zany contributed the drop targets and flipper models.
The table rules are included in the download file. The main features are Bonus collection at the Spinner lanes and Drop Targets to get Extra Balls.
The Captive ball starts a countdown for a higher score at the next hit but it is really short.
I added a DIP switch menu for 3/5 ball gameplay and coin chute configuration. More configuration options are at the top of the script.
To get the ROM file, please download the RAR archive at Tecnopinball, extract the BIN files and create a ZIP file named nbamac.zip
*** Please be aware that You need VPinmame.dll version 2.6 or above as well as the mac.vbs script included in the latest VPX files to run this table ***

Once I've extracted the bin files how do I go about creating and naming the zip file?

just add the two BIN files to a new ZIP-archive, named nbamac.zip. There must be no folder structure within the ZIP-file.
