One of my wife and my favorite tables! Had it for awhile but you deserve the feedback on it.One of her "go to" tables for sure. New cab stickers on the way with the graphics from TMBOP.

I am running VPX on a single rotated screen (windows in landscape) and I can't see the score window/DMD anywhere. Does anyone know how to expose it so I can put it above the playfield? Thanks

Edit: I found it. There is a line in the table init section of the script that says .Hidden 1. You have to change that to 0. Leaving this here for anyone that might need it for any other tables.

Just want to say first how much I absolutely love this table and all the hard work that went into making this a playable reality! When I was a kid, I used to go to Superbear Arcade in Big Bear California in summertime and played a ton of this machine. Funny enough, I'm pretty sure the Farsight team sourced their BOP machine on the same machine I grew up playing - crazy.

Anyway on to my issues...

I noticed that the head doesn't do it's rotation check after the first playthrough and when this occurs it causes sync issues with the head and seems to be causing performance issues (ball stutter, lights moving slow). I end up having to factory reset (delete bopl7.nv) every time I play.

Often times I'll have to do shoot up the ramp passed the head many times before it maybe will block the ball and drop down to the face.

Also the head rotates back a postion anytime I lose a ball, sometimes even tosses a ball underneath the board.

I search the net a bit and at one point thought I saw that I could run a calibration after start up, but I'm not finding it. Don't know if that's just a band-aid fix anyway...

Tried the following:

VPX 10.6 and latest

With or without backglass (running in exe mode and simple leds)

Sys specs:

Win 10 Pro 64-bit

Core i7-6700K @4GHz

16GB Ram

GTX 1070

WD 1TB SSD

Dual displays at 2560x1440

One other thing...anyone else having trouble with dead bounces or shooting up the ramp? The physics are pretty good as-is, it's just that I'm having a harder time controlling the ball like I remember on a real table and can't rely on dead bounce to regain control as the ball bounces off the flippers quite a bit.

Yeah, me too. I could have sworn it worked just fine on 10.6, but I'm on 10.7 now... Anyone else?

Yes. I have the same problem.

I have now V2.0 installed, Change the script with rom bop-l8 and it seems to work.

I tried this and it worked once. Went back to pinball missing. Might be time to move on. Too much time wasted on this one. :-(
