dt pokemon
This is an original table, with the layout similar to Stern Kiss.
Read the included manual for an explanation about the rules. In short, the goal of the game is to achieve the highest score by catching Pokémon.
Hatching eggs and catching Pokémon give the highest scores (and bonus). You'll get plenty of extra modes, with multiballs, combos, jackpots, and coins to upgrade your ball.
The version 4 includes the FlexDMD code to run when using a cabinet. If you want to use FlexDMD in desktop mode just change the False with True in the line 30.
This version 4 plays under VPX7, and includes my latest physics for VPX7.
I made the table for a friend from work who is a real fan of Pokémon, and now of Pokékom Go (actually it was for his son, as he said, yeah right
). I didn't knew anything about Pokémon, and I don't play Pokémon Go either, but this is what I could for him
I have only added the first 151 Pokémon, can you cach'em all?
Greetings
JP

Hi JP. First off, I love all of your tables and especially everything you do for the vpin community - it's astonishing!!!
In the latest version my high scores keep resetting. Do you know what could be going wrong?
I think it might be a vpx problem with the latest version (I'm using 10.8.0 Rev. 1836 - 32 bit)
10.7.3 seems to be working but it gets messed up after playing in 10.8 - eg. some scores get deleted, others change the score name to "YOU" or "AAA"
I guess I'll start my scores over and use 10.7.3 even with my front-end, but it would be nice to know what's going on and hopefully find a fix for the newer versions.
Thanks so much for your help and everything you do!!!!!!!
Thank You, JP!

Beautiful. Thank you JP!
Hey there! Total noob here. Just wondering if this table saves the pokemon you've caught over the course of multiple games. Trying to complete your pokedex sounds like a ton of fun but I'm not sure I would be able to do that in a single game. Any info on how that system works would be super appreciated!
One ball per Game???
New community member here... can someone point me to the required pokemon.zip ROM file? I have been looking around and searching for this custom ROM, but not having any luck. Or am I missing something with this table. I am trying to install the Blade Runner 2049 table, and it requires this ROM?
Loving the table, thank you very much JP!
Just a tiny note I accidentally noticed: the Blastoise art is labeled as Koffing when his catch mode is turned on. Thought I’d mention it in case you want to tweak it later. Thanks again for all the amazing work including this one <3
Hi JP. My kids and I are just getting into the world of VIsual Pinball, and getting started on building our cabinet. We got interested in pinball with the recent release of Sterns Pokemon cabinet. I took the kids out to try it, and we fell in love with a few tables, including Jurassic Park, Jaws, and Pokemon.
Seeing as this is an older release for VP7 is there a possibility of getting it updated to VPX? Or do you have any knowledge if anybody in the community might be working on a VPX version of Sterns table?
It looks like you are one of the big names that keep coming up in table creation, so thanks for you work

This is what I like to see in kids tables...solid graphics and 3d models. Beyond awesome job!
