How do you get this to play?  It coins up, I hear sounds, but no ball ever drops.

was this issue ever resolved Ball does not drop

 

Update was able to get a ball to drop pressed the ® on keyboard but the table bumpers were way off 

really sad loved playing real table in grandparents garage

 

hope it is fixed soon
