Rotated VP8 DT converted to 9.9 with permission. Testing and tweaking by kiwi.
 
This conversion is still pretty messy... needs serious ramp work and much more (plays good). But, if you're like me, you'd rather have it ugly and in the cab than not at all! Maybe not for everybody...
