2 videos here, the standard, and then one called 60. about 9mb bigger and at 4383kbps. the standard is 2479kbps.
I'm not sure i see it, but if anyone wishes all videos in the future be done at the higher bit rate, let me know...

but I want the best quality....in the early days video files were about 100MB, so 10 or 20MB is perfect

i think the small one should work just fine for me. i mean it's just a video to show when you're in the Hyperpin menu. for me it does not have to be all high resolution, but a bit fast in pc performance. my machine is having trouble as it is, ingame with all the lights coming on together if you know what i mean. so for me perfomance is higher on the list than resolution.
