5 Star 1951 Universal Bingo

Version: 1
Category: VP 8.x Recreations

Author(s): Patrick & tiltjlp

Description:
Notable Features: Player inserts one coin to play one card. Additional cards cost two coins apiece, up to five extra cards. An early and historic Bingo.
Universal was really United, which mostly made legal gaming devices. United didn't want to soil its name if 5 Star failed. But 5Star was a huge hit, and changed the face of Bingos in many ways, leading to the 6 card display, which eventually lead to Magic Screens.

We have provided both an adjustable speed plunger and enhanced nudging, to give you a better chance of wiinning. There is no tilt, although there probably was on the real game. Keep in mind you only get 5 balls, and unless you nudge, it isn't that hard to lose one or more to the bottim drain. The Star Hole is fairly hard to land in, but it can be done.
