Megaline - The Lord of the Rings Videoslot - English - V1

Version: 1.0.0
Category: VP 9.x Originals

Author(s): Groni & JPSalas

Description:
A Video Slot Machince for Visual Pinball 9
This is a Video Slot Machine.

I wanted to try something different. This was a big challenge, to do something in VP, that has nothing with pinball. I did this Slot together with JPSalas. I did the Layout, GameIdea, Animations, Gameplay, and JP did the script, to make it all work.
Without him this slot would not be possible!! Thanks to you my Friend!! Also thanks to Gordon, who tested the Slot. He is a very good Beta Tester!

You need a Keyboard with Numpad. Read the Installation.txt to do a correct install. During the Game press "6" to open the Rules and the Keyboard Settings. A Press on "5" opens the Paytable. Just play around with it. People who knows that Machines, will know what to do. If you don´t know them, then just play a few Rounds, and read the Rules, and you will have a very fast knowledge of the game.

Hope you like it.

This is the English Version. There is also a German Version, for all the German Slot Fans.

Enjoy Playing.

Gentlemen, this looks way cool! Although I don't understand the machine at all.... smile.gif I have a vague memory of maybe playing a Star Wars megaline machine in Vegas but than I was already a bit plastered and had a big jet lag. I'm gonna have to dig in to get the hang of it. But wow, it's really cool to see what VP is capable of, and did I mention that it really looks marvelous? Can't go wrong with the license either, but that's coming from a big Tolkien fan.
Hats off to the JPG-Slots team!!!

PS: see below for a script error message I got twice, both at a different time and not with a reproduceable situation so far

Did you know that "playing pinball" is called "flipperen" in Dutch? Now you know and may your life be enriched by this arcane knowledge....

So, how close to the real thing is this? I just won a $1500 payout when I started with 50.00. At one point I had 60 free games...

Ok, I reupload the Table at the moment.

So use the fix, or just simply download the file again in about 5 Minutes.

Everything is working now.

Happens anyway, watch "Sliced" where they open a pool table, slot machine, and pinball table. The Slot is rigged to never jackpot. It's hilarious. This is a neat release, very creative to use VP this way.

This is a five Line Slot.

A 20 Line Slot would be much to code in vp...and of course too much wins...nearly every spin gives a win...
