Labyrinth

Version: 1.0.1
Category: Future Pinball

Author(s): Pinbotic

Description:
Labyrinth game for Future Pinball utilizing the manual-ball-roller feature.
Pre-Game Set-Up:
Go to "Preferences" -- "Game Keys and Controls..." and set the manual ball roller to mouse.

After launching the table, press "/" (above the keypad) to enable the manual ball roller mode.

Playing the Game:
Navigate the ball from the start to the finish following the black line in the least amount of time. If the ball falls in one of the holes it will be sent back to the beginning. There is a five second delay after finishing the maze to record your score and post it at www.vpforums.org

Created By: Pinbotic
*Modifications to this table are allowed so long as the username Pinbotic is included in the table author field as well as this text field.

UPDATE 1.0.1:
- Fixed glitch where Kicker25 would fail to destroy the ball.
-------

A graphical update to the game is planned with an actual theme being applied to the table, but this is on hold until the ATI driver issues are sorted out.

Have fun!

Pinbotic,
What a pretty wild table. I just played it a bit and it's pretty fun but difficult. Thanks for the release!

Very neat idea. I helped create the first Labyrinth for the iPhone. One of my levels was even featured in an Apple television commercial. Carl went on to make millions... I got my name in the credits. smile.gif (O ya.. and he bought me a video camera)

Nifty! I had one of these as a kid, though I was rather terrible at it.

I remember you saying you had done something with iPhone... sheesh that sucks if he really made a lot of money out of it and you got the raw(d) end of the deal, what was your role??

It's ok. Carl is a good guy. He did end up making over a million dollars. It was his program from the start, but I very closely helped him design and develop it. I made all of the original levels and tested everything for him. This was right before the App store became available. I was actually pretty happy to have my name in the credits, considering it was the #1 app worldwide for over a month. I ended up finding another partner, and we released a few apps of our own (didn't make millions though, but the apps sell pretty good.)

Thanks for all the positive feedback! dblthumb.gif I have a few more fun non-pinball games like this in various stages of completion which I now hope to release.

Updated to 1.0.1 to fix a glitch where Kicker 25 would fail to register the hit. I was sure that I had tested every hole before release. thmbdn.gif
